Happiness is: Within You. What does that mean? It’s an attitude and state of feeling good no matter what is happening around you or in your life at any particular time. You can choose to be happy even if you don’t like what circumstances have been handed to you. You are not your circumstances. You are you. Happiness does not come from outside of yourself. You must feel it for yourself and then you will attract it into your life. You can only attract what you already are. If you don’t like some of who you already are, you can change it. We start to look for happiness in the wrong places. If you are in a slump or heading in that direction here are a few ways to change your experiences. It’s true that things take time to take root, meaning you didn’t just get in a slump overnight. It’s the same with getting out of a slump and/or problems.
It takes some time to re-direct the energies to move beyond the problems. You have the power within you that can shift your awareness. It requires your permission, your asking, your focus, and direction and this is to be done, only in a loving peaceful way, for this change to respond to you. Begging and that “oh please , please, type of talk doesn’t work. You must allow yourself to open to your better higher knowing self within your own heart for changes to take place. Your mind wants to understand and know what that is, what to do, but happiness is an intangible, abstract thing, so the mind will not get you there. The mind is concerned with doing, but this action needed comes from beingness the God Source within you; which is beyond the mind’s capacity to know. That Eternal Essence within you does know how to move mountains and you must trust for this process to change your conditions. Then be patient. You may see improvement in your life relatively quickly, but give life a chance, because things take time in this material world to take hold of the changes taking place deep within yourself. You must be upbeat for this journey/challenge.
It takes trusting the power that knows the way. That is the unseen power within yourself that knows how to transmute the situations to positive outcomes. You are not an island unto yourself. You and the God of your understanding must work together. Your job is to state what you are wishing to create, and hold to that by seeing the end result of your desire. The middle man is the God force within you, who does the rearranging to make things happen for you. That will be your best way of achieving your goals and happiness, better than you could even attempt to try and do for yourself. You must do your part and know that what is best for you is unfolding as it should in it’s proper time. I know many times it’s difficult to do this, because we want everything done yesterday. We want instant gratification. That’s not always the way with transformation.
The magic of creation for positive or negative lies within you. This is so because “Joy IS” your true nature. You have always had it stored within your heart center. Maybe you didn’t know that, but none the less, now you can call it up, allow it to be released, command it up from the center of your heart, spirit, soul, within you. The body intelligence knows what to do to assist you governed and directed by this God source energy. For example: Does your body ask your permission to go to the bathroom? Does it ask you for permission to breathe.? Does it ask your permission to keep your heart beating while your awake and as you sleep?
Your body would be dead flesh if the consciousness within you, that knows how to help you, wasn’t performing these tasks for you. It’s the mind/ego that gets in the way and gets us into trouble. Negative “stink’in think’in” is the root at the base of the foundation of the problems. These seed thoughts take hold and form roots; they produce your positive or negative creations to manifest. At this point we have to stop the seed thoughts at their roots to dissolve, and eliminate, that negativity that keeps on blooming in your garden of life experiences. The plant world is a simple metaphor to view how plants grow, mutate, live, thrive, or die. It’s to your advantage to be in alignment with this consciousness that goes much deeper than your body/mind. This unseen positive energy will bring about for you, as long as you live. positive or negative creations. It’s your choice and it’s up to you what you decide.
How to be happy?
1. Shift your awareness.
2. Ask, and believe with unwavering faith. This is really the genie in the bottle, making your wish at your command. Turn that fantasy into a fact. Command nicely, lovingly and gently as a loving master would do. No begging allowed! This force only responds to kindness and love. If your dream doesn’t come over time, there is a good reason that you can not see right now, and it is also very possible that something better than you can possibly imagine may be in store for you.
3. When you want to change your circumstances you have to change your self-talk regarding yourself. You are to clear away the shadow side of your thinking. As you imagine the good you appreciate in your life as having it NOW, you materialize it into your experiences. In this sense, there is magic in your creations.
4. Change the way you view life and the circumstances happening right now whatever they may be by “ thinking for a minute outside the box”.
For instance: Money comes easily and frequently to me. I have a positive cash flow with ease. Regarding health issues it is interesting to note what the word “incurable” means from a spiritual perspective. It means “curable from within”. Ponder this!
5. When your good shows up, you must accept it, feel your joy and be grateful. Be thankful! Feel the grace in and around you, and the grace that has come through for your accomplishing. This is important, because as silly as it may seem, many people don’t recognize their wishes when they arrive. Use your heart to be your beacon and guide to see clearly. The mind will tell you stories and can make you look the other way. So accept and be blessed. Feel I am so happy now that……….
